GDW – Volume 2

Hey guys, long time no see!

First of all, apologies for the radio silence which lasted an eternity. I can, however, assure you that we’re still alive and kicking! As you might have noticed, I am no longer posting weekly progress updates on the chapters that are uploaded to Batoto, but this does not mean they are no longer being released. Right now, we have all chapters up to volume 7 finished, and mostly ready to be compiled into volume batches.

We are currently taking a short break from releasing chapters, so that we can get the volume releases and some other minor stuff out of the way. Plans are to pick things up and start churning out new chapters again in a month or so.

Last but not least, I can finally present to you the long overdue download of volume 2! [CLICK HERE] Getting this done took us (me) an unnecessarily long time, and you can expect the upcoming volume downloads to be out a lot sooner.

GDW – Vol. 2 Chap. 7-10

Ahoy!

Chapters 7-10 of the second volume should be showing up on Batoto shortly. Credit for the scans of Chapter 8-10 goes to Ginga Scans, as these pages were missing from the original batch of raws. Unfortunately the images did have a few minor issues concerning blurring, but we have tried to patch them up to the best of our ability.

And that’s it for volume 2! The download for the complete volume will be up later this week, after the remaining pages have been translated & typeset, and a final quality check has been performed.

GDW – Chapters 6-10

Hi!

I just submitted chapters 6-10 to Batoto, so they should be up any minute now. Since Batoto is restricting the visibility of manga chapters to members only, you might have to make an account if not all of them show up for you. As usual, the translations can be found here.

Furthermore, this means volume one has been concluded, hooray! The entire first volume will be up for download on this blog later this week.

The First Batch, Recruiting

Hey there!

The translations of the first five chapters of volume one have just been uploaded to Batoto. You can find them here. Other chapter releases will probably take place on Mondays, but because we’re ahead by quite a bit, we decided to get these out early.

Other than that, we’re recruiting! We’ve got quite the pace going right now, but we could definitely still use some support in certain areas. If you think you can be of any help, don’t hesitate filling out the form under “Recruit” in the menu above!

The First Post, Prologue

Welcome!

On this blog you’ll find updates on our translating progress, as well as releases of our finished translations. At the moment of writing, this is limited to Ginga Densetsu Weed, which is the first project we have picked up as a group. Volumes will be up for download once they are finished, while individual chapters are uploaded to Batoto on a weekly basis. Our very first release, the prologue to Ginga Densetsu Weed, can be found on this page.
